ThisAgreementisenteredintoandmadeeffectiveasof[Date],byandbetween[ClientCompanyName](Client),havingitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[ClientAddress],and[AssessorCompanyName](Assessor),havingitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[AssessorAddress].
AssessmentObject
ThesubjectmatterofthisAgreementistheprofessionalassessmentofthecurrentconditionandperformanceoftheroofingwaterproofingsystem(s)ofthefactorybuilding(s)locatedat[FactoryAddress],specificallyidentifyingBuilding[BuildingNumber/Name],withafocusontheroofstructuretype[e.g.,flatroof]andtheprimarywaterproofingmaterial(s)[e.g.,SBSmodifiedbitumenmembranes].
ScopeofServices
TheAssessoragreestoprovidetheClientwithacomprehensiveassessmentoftheroofingwaterproofingsystem(s)describedabove.Thescopeofservicesshallinclude,butshallnotbelimitedto:
1.ReviewandstudyofanyavailableClient-provideddocumentation,including,butnotlimitedto,architecturalplans,constructionrecords,andpastmaintenancelogsrelatedtotheroofingsystems.
2.On-siteinspectionofthedesignatedfactoryroofsduringnormalweatherconditions,andpotentiallyduringorafterspecificweathereventsrelevanttowaterproofingperformance,asfeasible.
3.Visualinspectionoftheentireroofingsurfaceandsurroundingareastoidentifyvisibledefectssuchascracks,splits,blisters,curling,delamination,materialdegradation,mossoralgaegrowth,andsignsofwaterstainingorleaksbothinternallyandexternally.
4.Applicationofnon-invasiveandagreed-uponintrusivetestingmethodstoevaluatetheconditionofthewaterproofingmembraneandunderlyinglayers.Thismayinclude,butisnotlimitedto,敲击听音检查(tappingforsoundanomalies),infraredthermography,localizednon-destructivetesting,andlimitedrepresentativesamplingwithappropriateanalysisifdeemednecessarybytheAssessor.
