新时代师范生师德教育的价值意蕴、
现实困境及实践路径探究

摘要师范生是未来教师队伍的主力军，加强师范生师德教育是落实立德树人根本任务、激活新时代教师队
伍改革的动力源泉。文章立足新的时代背景，阐述师范生师德教育的价值意蕴，针对师德教育途径单一化、师德
教育氛围不浓厚、师德教育实践效果不佳等现实困境，探索出畅通师德教育渠道，创新教育教学模式、抓好校园
主阵地，以文化涵养师德、注重知行合一，强化师德实践等路径，从而切实提升师范生师德教育的成效。

AbstractNormaluniversitystudentsarethemainforceofthefutureteachers,andstrengtheningthemoraleducationof
normaluniversitystudentsisthedrivingforcetoimplementthefundamentaltaskofcultivatingmoralityandactivatingthe
reformofteachersinthenewera.BasedonthenewbackgroundofTheTimes,thispaperexpoundsthevalueimplicationof
teacherethicseducationfornormalstudents.Inviewofthepracticaldifficultiessuchasthesimplewayofteacherethics
education,theweakatmosphereofteacherethicseducation,andthepoorpracticaleffectofteacherethicseducation,this
paperexploresthepathofunblockingteacherethicseducation,innovatingeducationandteachingmode,graspingthemain
positionofcampus,cultivatingteacherethicswithculture,focusingontheintegrationofknowledgeandpractice,and
