摘要：文章通过对化工装置大型高塔设备模块化安装的研究。深入探讨高塔现场设备组装及附属设施的安装，完成“穿

衣戴帽”、实现“塔起灯亮”的模块化安装。模块化安装大大降低安全风险，提高施工质量，缩短施工工期，节省施工费用。

通过详细的分析与阐述，揭示该施工策略对于化工装置大型高塔设备建设的重要意义与价值，旨在为相关工程实践提

供理论依据与实施指导。

Abstract:Thispaperfocusesontheresearchofmodularinstallationoflarge-scaletowerequipmentinchemicalplants.Delving

intotheassemblyoflarge-scaletowerequipmenton-siteandtheinstallationofallancillaryfacilities,weaimtoachieve

modularinstallationbyensuringthat“comprehensiveandintegratedinstallationofthetower”and“achieveperformance”.Modular

installationgreatlyreducesconstructionsafetyrisks,improvesconstructionquality,shortensconstructionperiod,andreduces

constructioncosts.Throughdetailedanalysisandelaboration,thesignif icanceandvalueofthisconstructionstrategyforthe

constructionoflarge-scaletowerequipmentinchemicalplantsarerevealed,aimingtoprovidetheoreticalbasisandimplementation

guidanceforrelatedengineeringpractices.
