本协议管理伴随软件的使用。如果您使用该软件，则表示您接受此协议。如果您不接受此

1.定义

“贡献”是指原始软件或对软件的任何添加或更改。“贡献者”是指根据本协议分发其贡献的任

2.权利授予

(A)‑在本证的条款下，包括第3节中的条件和限制，每位贡献者授予您一项非独占、全

作品。(B)专利‑在本证的条款下，包括第3节中的条件和限制，每位贡献者授予您一项非独

占、全球范围、免版税的专利，以制造、委托制造、使用、销售、要约销售、进口和/或其他方式处

置其在软件或基于其贡献的衍生作品中的贡献。

3.条件和限制

(A)无商标‑本不授予您使用任何贡献者名称、徽标或商标的权利。(B)如果您对任何贡献者提起

专利，声称其软件了您的专利，则该贡献者对您的软件的专利将自动终止。(C)如果您分

发软件的，必须保留软件中所有的、专利、商标和归属。(D)如果您以源代码形式分

发软件的，只能在包含本证完整副本的情况下进行。

2.GrantofRights

andlimitationsinsection3,eachcontributorgrantsyouanon-exclusive,worldwide,

royalty-freecopyrightlicensetoreproduceitscontribution,preparederivativeworksofits

contribution,anddistributeitscontributionoranyderivativeworksthatyoucreate.

(B)PatentGrant-Subjecttothetermsofthislicense,includingthelicenseconditionsand

limitationsinsection3,eachcontributorgrants
