人工智能重塑医疗实践

——从个体压力迈向系统协同

[摘要]本研究从心理学视角，探究医疗工作者接受人工智能（artificialintelligence,AI）辅助医疗的障碍及适应

心理机制与关键因素。以交易性压力理论、组织变革框架为基础，梳理AI带来的挑战性与阻碍性压力，揭示

职业倦怠等变量作用机制。AI虽提升诊疗效率，但引发角色模糊等心理负担，形成负向循环。而提升AI心

理适应力等措施可增强心理安全感与技术接受度。强调医疗组织需以心理赋能与制度保障，推动AI与医疗

融合，实现人机协同可持续发展。

[Abstract]Fromtheperspectiveofpsychology,thisstudyexplorestheobstaclesandpsychologicalmechanismsand

keyfactorsofmedicalworkersacceptanceofartificialintelligence(AI)-assistedmedicaltreatment.Basedonthe

theoryoftransactionalstressandtheframeworkoforganizationalchange,thispapercombsthechallengingandob⁃

structivestressbroughtbyAI,andrevealsthemechanismofvariablessuchasjobburnout.AlthoughAIimprovesthe

efficiencyofdiagnosisandtreatment,itcausespsychologicalburdensuchasroleambiguityandformsanegative

cycle.MeasuressuchasimprovingAIpsychologicaladaptabilitycanenhancepsychologicalsecurityandtechnicalac⁃

ceptance.ItemphasizesthatmedicalorganizationsneedtopromotetheintegrationofAIandmedicalcarewithpsycho⁃
