BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性AMG-315是⼀种选择性且强效的CB1激动剂，其Ki为7.8nM，EC50为0.6nM。AMG-315能显著抑制

Forskolin(HY-15371)诱导的cAMP⽣成，最⼤抑制率可达76%。AMG-315对所有内源性⼤⿇素⽔解酶和氧

化酶均具有显著的稳定性。AMG-315在完全弗⽒佐剂(CFA)(HY-153808)诱导的炎症痛模型中，可提⾼机械退

缩阈值。AMG-315可⽤于炎症研究[1]。
