中国实验快堆涉钠阀门的运行维护管理

摘要：钠冷快堆作为第四代核能系统的代表堆型，涉钠阀门（简称钠阀）在其系统设备组成上起到至关重要的作用。钠冷

快堆中恶劣的工作环境和严苛的运行要求对钠阀的状态管理和可靠性保障有更高的标准。文中介绍了中国实验快堆中服

役的钠阀的类型、工作环境、设计准则和维护保养程序，并讨论了中国实验快堆在调试及运行期间出现的钠阀泄漏事件，从运行和维保的

角度对快堆中涉钠阀门的状态管理和可靠性保障的措施提出建议。

Abstract:Sodium-cooledfastreactorsisarepresentativeofthefourth-generationnuclearenergysystem,sodiumvalve

playsavitalroleinthecompositionoftheirsystemequipment.Theharshworkingenvironmentandstrictoperation

requirementsinthesodium-cooledfastreactorhavehigherstandardsforthestatemanagementandreliabilityguaranteeof

thesodiumvalve.Thispaperintroducesthetypes,workingenvironment,designcriteriaandmaintenanceproceduresofthe

sodiumvalvesinserviceintheChinaExperimentalFastReactor,anddiscussestheleakageofsodiumvalvesduringthe

commissioningandoperationoftheChinaExperimentalFastReactor.Fromtheperspectiveofoperationandmaintenance,

suggestionsaremadeforthestatemanagementandreliabilityassurancemeasuresofsodiumvalvesinfastreactors.
