人工智能时代高校意识形态面临的风险及其防范

[摘要]当前，人工智能技术对高校意识形态工作影响显著。西方国家凭借技术优势抢占高校舆论高地，算法推荐的固

化削弱了主流意识形态的传播效力，信息传递的不确定性也带来诸多风险，这些都严重威胁高校意识形态安全，凸显高校

意识形态安全建设存在的问题。因此，需强化技术赋能，推进“智能教育”与“智能传播”，完善意识形态网络舆情治理机制，

加强人工智能技术与法律支撑，实现人工智能与高校意识形态工作深度融合，切实保障我国意识形态安全。

Abstract:Currently,artificialintelligencetechnologyhasasignificantimpactontheideologicalworkincollegesanduniversities.

Westerncountries,capitaliseontheirtechnologicaladvantagestoseizethepublicopinionhighgroundincollegesanduniversities.

Thesolidificationofalgorithmicrecommendationweakensthecommunicationeffectivenessofthemainstreamideology,andthe

uncertaintyintheinformationtransmissionalsobringsmanyrisks.Alltheseseriouslythreatentheideologicalsecurityofcolleges

anduniversitiesandhighlighttheexistingproblemsintheconstructionofideologicalsecurityincollegesanduniversities.

Therefore,itisnecessarytostrengthentechnologicalempowerment,promote“intelligenteducation”and“intelligent
