右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因用于宫颈环扎术中的有效性及安全性分析

摘要目的：探究右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因用于宫颈环扎术中的有效性及安全性。方法：选取2024年1—12月南宁市

妇幼保健院收治的70例拟行宫颈环扎术的患者为研究对象，应用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，每组35例。对照组

应用利多卡因联合罗哌卡因麻醉，研究组应用右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因麻醉。比较两组生命体征、麻醉质量以及不良反

应情况。结果：宫颈环扎时，研究组心率、平均动脉压高于对照组（P＜0.001）；研究组麻醉起效时间、阻滞消退时间均比对

照组短（P＜0.001），运动阻滞持续时间比对照组长（P＜0.001）；两组不良反应总发生率比较，无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。

结论：右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因用于宫颈环扎术中的效果较好，对生命体征影响较小，麻醉质量良好，具有一定安全性。

AbstractObjective:Toexploretheefficacyandsafetyofdexmedetomidinecombinedwithropivacaineincervicalcerclage.

Methods:AtotalofseventypatientswhowereadmittedtoNanningMaternalandChildHealthHospitalfromJanuarytoDecember

2024andwerescheduledtoundergocervicalcerclagewereselectedastheresearchobjects.Theyweredividedintothecontrol

groupandthestudygroupbytherandomnumbertablemethod,withthirty-fivecasesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwas

anesthetizedwithlidocainecombinedwithropivacaine,whilethestudygroupwasanesthetizedwithdexmedetomidinecombined

withropivacaine.Thevitalsigns,anesthesiaqualityandadversereactionsofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results:During

cervicalcerclage,theheartrateandmeanarterialpressureinthestudygroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P0.001).

Theonsettimeofanesthesiaandtheregressiontimeofblockinthestudygroupwerebothshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup

(P0.001),andthedurationofmotorblockwaslongerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P0.001).Therewasnostatistically
