Abstract:Theproblemofhighvibrationofthecoolingwaterpumpforthegeneratorstatorinanuclearpowerplantoccurred

frequently，andcouldnotbeensolvedbyre－alignment，tighteningtheboltsorstrengtheningthebedplate．Bycheckingthe

stressstateofthepump，wefoundthattheinandoutflangehadproducedstrongstressonthepump，whichhadcausedthe

pumptodeformandthevibrationtorise．Throughadjustmentoftheflangepositionandreinforcementofthesupportplate，

thevibrationproblemhadbeensolved．
