BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Braxlosiran是⼀种靶向DUX4(双同源框蛋⽩)的⼩核酸，可⽤于合成AOC药物，如Delpacibartbraxlosiran

(HY-177566)。DUX4蛋⽩的异常表达会导致肌⾁细胞中基因表达的变化，这种变化与⾯肩肱型肌营养不良症(

FSHD)肌⾁功能丧失有关。
