医疗大模型安全与伦理保障研究

摘要目的为解决医院在医疗大模型应用过程中面临的安全与伦理监管问题，研究构建医疗大模型安全与

伦理保障模型。方法通过建立数据安全保障、模型性能评估及动态风险监控三大功能模块协同运作的机制，

搭建适用于医疗场景的全生命周期安全与伦理保障平台模型，探索医疗大模型的安全与伦理保障技术和政策

融合路径。结果此平台模型可以为医院医疗大模型的安全与伦理监管提供支撑，保障医疗大模型可控、可监

管、可追溯。结论医疗大模型安全与伦理保障平台可为医院构建同类系统提供参考，推进大模型技术在医疗

行业的规范化应用。

AbstractObectiveToaddressthesecurityandethicalregulatorychallengesintheapplicationofmedical

largelanguagemodels(LLMs)inhospitals,thisstudyaimstodevelopasecurityandethicalassurance

modelformedicallargemodels.MethodsAfull-lifecyclesecurityandethicalassuranceplatformwas

designedformedicalscenariosbyestablishingacollaborativemechanismintegratingthreecorefunctional

modules:datasecurityassurance,modelperformanceevaluation,anddynamicriskmonitoring.Thestudy

alsoexplorestheintegrationofsecurityandethicalassurancetechnologieswithpolicyframeworksfor

medicallargemodels.ResultsTheproposedplatformprovideshospitalswitharegulatoryframework

forensuringthesecurityandethicalcomplianceofmedicallargemodels,enhancingtheircontrollability,

auditability,andtraceability.ConclusionThesecurityandethicalassuranceplatformformedicallarge
