[摘要]灾害和突发公共卫生事件频繁发生，使得快速、高效的应急医疗救援需求日益增加。本研究将封闭厢式货车改装

车体，配备快速生理指标检验模块、临床输血模块、病原学检测和采样模块及卫生防疫模块，设计一种整合检验车、输血

车、生物安全检验车、卫生防疫车为一体的应急快速综合检测车，以满足应急医疗救援等任务的各项临床检测需求，提高

应对灾害及突发公共卫生事件的反应能力和应急处置能力，同时节省人力，提高救援效率。

[Abstract]Frequentoccurrenceofdisasterrescueandpublichealthemergencieshasincreaseddemandforrapidlyandefficiently

emergentmedicalrescue.Thisstudymodifiedaclosedvanwhichequippedarapidtestingmoduleforphysiologicalindicators,

clinicalbloodtransfusionmodule,detectionandsamplingmoduleofetiology,andmoduleforhealthandepidemicprevention.This

researchdesignedonekindofemergentvehicleforrapidlycomprehensivedetection,whichintegratedtestvehicle,bloodtransfusion

vehicle,biosafetytestingvehicle,andvehicleforhealthandepidemicpreventioninonevehicle.Thisvehiclecanmeetvarious

demandsofemergentlymedicalrescueandothertasksinclinicaltest,whichcanimprovetheresponsecapabilityandemergency

handlingcapabilityfordisastersandpublichealthemergencies,atthesametime,italsocansavemanpower.
