摘要院本文以一台存在油色谱异常问题的实际换流变为例袁对其开展了现场分析诊断及返厂检修工作袁查明了油色

谱异常原因为换流变调压引线布置方式不合理袁引线电流产生的磁通穿过换流变铁件回路形成的感应电流

幅值较大袁导致心柱上梁和夹件接触不良部位过热产气袁同时袁提出了优化引线布置等措施消除缺陷袁通过仿

真分析及出厂试验袁验证了消缺措施的有效性遥
