摘要：针对机车C6修的监造过程中排查出的2起HXD1B型电力机车中间直流环节过流故障，通过数

据分析、耐压测试、浸水试验和淋水试验的方法，确定了牵引电机C6修定子引线绝缘质量问题，并对牵引电

机高级修的人员资质、能力以及工序流程进行梳理，提出预防措施，防止了批量性问题的发生，为机车牵引

电机高级修和同类设备监理提供一些借鉴。

AbstractThiscaseintroducesthesupervisionprocessoflocomotiveC6levelmaintenance,and

conductstroubleshootingforover-currentfaultsintheintermediateDClinkoftwoHXD1Belectriclocomotives,

throughmethodssuchasdataanalysis,pressureresistancetesting,immersiontesting,andwater-sprayingtesting,

identifiesthequalityissueofstatorleadinsulationduringC6levelmaintenanceofthetractionmotor.Italsosortsout

thepersonnelandprocessesforadvancedmaintenanceoftractionmotors,proposespreventivemeasures,preventsthe

occurrenceofpotentialbatchproblems,providessomereferenceforadvancedmaintenanceoflocomotivetraction

motorsandsupervisionpersonnelofsimilarequipment.
