贯流式锅炉运行特点及检验方法研究

摘

要：作为一种反应速度快、控制系统精度要求高的设备，贯流式锅炉大多采用控制系统复杂、结构

紧凑的设计，内外部检验风险较大，在平时的检验工作中要格外注意，避免因检验不当造成锅炉损伤甚至事故。

基于此，本文对贯流式锅炉的结构原理和运行特点展开了分析，根据相关检验技术规范对贯流式锅炉的检验

难点进行了探讨，然后提出了贯流式锅炉内部和外部的检验方法，做到有效落实设备的安全检验工作。

AbstractAsakindofequipmentwithfastreactionspeedandhighprecisionrequirementsofcontrolsystem,

inspectionriskislarger,extraattentionshouldbepaidtoinspectionworkinpeacetimetoavoidboilerdamageor

accidentcausedbyimproperinspection.Basedonthis,thestructureprincipleandoperationcharacteristicsoftubular

boilerareanalyzed,andthedifficultiesoftubularboilerinspectionarediscussedaccordingtotherelevantinspection

technicalspecifications.Then,theinternalandexternalinspectionmethodsoftubularboilerareproposedrespectively,

soastoeffectivelyimplementthesafetyinspectionworkofequipment.
