大语言模型在司法审判辅助场景中的应用研究

摘要：随着人工智能技术的迅猛发展，大语言模型在自然语言处理领域取得显著进展。该文探讨大语言模型在司法审判辅

助场景中的应用及其前景。通过分析司法审判辅助的主要场景，以及传统人工智能技术在司法审判辅助应用中的现状和问题,进

而研究大语言模型在司法审判辅助应用中的关键技术和应用场景，揭示其在提升裁判效率、促进司法公正等方面的重要作用。研

究表明，大语言模型在司法审判辅助中具有广阔的应用前景，但仍需不断优化和完善。

Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentofartificialintelligencetechnology,LargeLanguageModels(LLM)havemade

significantprogressinthefieldofnaturallanguageprocessing.ThispaperdiscussestheapplicationandprospectsofLarge

LanguageModelinjudicialtrialassistancescenarios.Byanalyzingthemainscenariosofjudicialtrialassistance,aswellasthe

currentsituationandproblemsoftraditionalartificialintelligencetechnologyintheapplicationofjudicialtrialassistance,this

paperstudiesthekeytechnologiesandapplicationscenariosoftheLargeLanguageModelintheapplicationofjudicialtrial

assistance,revealingitsroleinimprovingadjudicationefficiencyandpromotingjudicialfairness.ResearchshowsthattheLarge

LanguageModelhasbroadapplicationprospectsinjudicialtrialassistance,butitstilneedstobecontinuouslyoptimizedand

improved.
