某款发动机水泵异响问题解析

摘要：

某款发动机台架试验过程中出现水泵“异响”问题，更换水泵总成和皮带，异响消失。经过分析确定，原因为水泵中

心距装配工装磨损导致发动机水泵带轮中心距偏大，使皮带张力偏大，发动机产生异响。通过在水泵与调温器壳体增加定

位销结构代替水泵安装工装方案，解决了工装磨损导致的水泵异响问题。

Abstract:Theabnormalnoiseofthewaterpumpoccursduringthebenchtestofacertainengine.Theabnormalnoise

disappearsafterreplacingthewaterpumpassemblyandbelt.Afteranalysis,itisdeterminedthatthereasonisthatthe

centerdistanceoftheenginewaterpumppulleyistoolargeduetothewearoftheassemblytooling,whichcausesthebelt

tensiontobetoolarge,andtheengineproducesabnormalnoise.Byaddingapositioningpinstructuretothewaterpump

andthethermostathousinginsteadofthewaterpumpinstallationtoolingsolution,theproblemofabnormalnoiseofthe

waterpumpcausedbytoolwearissolved.
