副车架下摆臂以铝代钢轻量化结构设计

摘:
为应对节能减排、轻量化要求,现需要对某副车架下摆臂进行以铝代钢轻量化设计。采用半固态铸造成型工艺,应
用轻型的A357铝合金材料替代原来的冲压钢制材料,在现有摆臂硬点不变的情况下,对原结构的冲压摆臂进行重新设计。
采用变密度法的拓扑优化技术得出模型结构,然后进行模型重构,再对重构的模型进行强度和疲劳分析,验证其性能,实现
摆臂结构的轻量化设计。最终该悬架下摆臂质量减少1.18kg,减重34.9%,完成其设计目的。
