某型民用飞机散货舱门打开机构设计及分析

摘要：

散货舱门的打开机构包括打开机构与打开驱动机构，由于散货舱门是向内翻转打开的，没有提升运动，所以打开

驱动机构的设计为该舱门打开机构设计的重点。结合舱门的打开方式及载荷大小等因素为舱门选择了合适种类的动力源，

同时基于打开驱动机构的设计原理应用CATIA草图分析模块对其进行载荷分析。最后对舱门的打开进行运动仿真模拟分

析，验证了打开机构满足其功能要求。

Abstract:Openingmechanismofthebulkcargodoorincludesopeningmechanismanddrivingmechanism.Becausethe

bulkdoorsopeningtypeisupwardandinward,andthereisnoliftduringitsopening.Sothedrivingmechanismdesign

willbethekeypointoftheopeningmechanismdesign.Appropriatepowersourceforthedoorischosencombinedwiththe

openingtypeandtheloadsizeofthedoor.Basedonthedesignprincipleanalysisofthedrivingmechanism,theloadsof

thedrivingmechanismisanalyzedusingtheCATIASketcherdesignmodular.Openingmechanismofthedooris

simulated,andtheresultcertifiesthattheopeningmechanismcanmeetthefunctionalrequirements.
