煤矿顶板支护锚索辅助供送装置研究

摘要:锚索支护是煤矿巷道支护的一种主动支护手段，其特点是承载能力大，安全可靠。近年来在我国得到迅速发展并

广泛应用，尤其是在矿山巷道支护、边坡治理、建筑基坑护壁等工程上。目前现有的装备大多以掘锚一体机或者气动锚杆钻

机的方式存在，而我国大部分工矿现场主要还是人工穿锚索。文中基于煤矿顶板支护锚索辅助供送装置的研究，对其装置

的供送机构、防倒转机构、驱动机构，传动机构等进行了设计，亮点是单元框架结构，双重防倒转机构和可调节支架的设计，

能够在支护的过程中起到减少工作量，降低劳动强度，保障安全，明显提高效率等效果。文中设计的装置以便于操作，在不

同环境中适应性更强，结构小巧，装拆方便，维修方便等为目标开展了一系列研究。

Abstract:Anchorcablesupportisanactivesupportmethodforroadwaysupportincoalmine.Itischaracterizedbylarge

carryingcapacity,safetyandreliability.Inrecentyears,ithasbeenrapidlydevelopedandwidelyusedinChina,

especiallyinthemineroadwaysupport,slopecontrol,constructionfoundationpitwallandotherprojects.Atpresent,most

oftheexistingequipmentarediggingandboltingmachinesorpneumaticboltingrigs,whilemostoftheindustrialand

miningsitesinChinamainlyuseartificialanchoringcables.Basedontheresearchofcoalmineroofsupportcable

auxiliaryfeedingdevice,thispaperoptimizesthedesignofthedeviceofthefeedingmechanism,anti-reversing

mechanism,adrivingmechanismandtransmissionmechanism,whichisabletoreducetheworkloadinthesupporting
