电镀园区清洁生产案例分析

摘要：对电镀园区实施清洁生产背景进行分析，并以某电镀园区为例，对电镀园区实施清洁生产进行

分析与评价，提出应以整体审核的模式开园区清洁生产审核，对园区企业进行梳理和分析，找到企业存在的

关键共性问题和制约园区发展的瓶颈，确定审核重点，提出先进有效的技术方案和建议，避免简单重复投入，

提升审核质量，提高园区清洁生产审核整体水平，切实发挥清洁生产审核在协同推进减污降碳中的重要工具

作用，推动园区可持续发展。

Abstract:TThispaperanalyzesthebackgroundoftheimplementationofcleanerproductioninelectroplating

parks,andtakesanelectroplatingparkasanexampletoanalyzeandevaluatetheimplementationofcleaner

productioninelectroplatingparks.Itproposesthatthecleanerproductionauditinparksshouldbeconductedinthe

modeofoverallaudit,andenterprisesinparksshouldbesortedoutandanalyzedtofindoutthekeycommonproblems

existinginenterprisesandthebottlenecksrestrictingthedevelopmentofparks,andthendeterminethekeypointsof

audit.Putforwardadvancedandeffectivetechnicalplansandsuggestions,avoidsimpleandrepetitiveinputs,improve

auditquality,improvetheoveralllevelofcleanerproductionauditinthepark,andeffectivelyplayanimportantrole

ofcleanerproductionauditasanimportanttoolinjointlypromotingpollutionreductionandcarbonreduction,soasto

promotesustainabledevelopmentofthepark.
