ofInspectionandQuarantine(CAIQ).InaccordancewiththeoperationinstructionandthemethodrequiredinGB4789.2—

2016,thetwotechnicalinspectionsampleswereprocessedandtested.Atthesametime,theresultsoftherepeatabilitytest,

personnelcomparisontestandtheinfluenceofTTConthetotalnumberofcolonieswereanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthat

therepeatabilityandreproducibilitymettherequirements,andTTCwithafinalconcentrationof0.001%hadnoeffecton

thecolonycountresults.The|Z|valuesofthesamplesnumbered21-A560and21-D485werebothlessthan2.0,sothe

proficiencytestingresultsweresatisfactory.
