NC5440TGJ电驱固井车车架力学性能分析与研究

摘要:针对NC5440TGJ电驱固井车在运移中出现异响的问题,对车架开展了4种工况下的静力学分析,得到相应工况下车架的应力、变形云图。根据分析结果可知,固井车在运移过程中应力最大的是满载扭转工况,其最大应力为292.05MPa,变形为2.7mm。最后提出在主车架下部增加加强板的措施,该改进措施获得了用户好评。
