大型民用飞机翼身整流罩连接件优化设计

摘要:以大型民用飞机翼身整流罩连接件为研究对象,以轻量化为优化目标,以强度和刚度为优化约束,对其进行优化设计。按照实际服役工况,应用ABAQUS软件对机加构型翼身整流罩连接件进行强度分析。根据分析结果,采用CATIA软件进行优化设计方案的三维重构,并进行强度校核。通过对比机加构型和优化构型翼身整流罩连接件的强度、刚度、质量及材料利用率等情况,分析结果显示此两种构型翼身整流罩连接件的强度和刚度均满足设计要求,但是基于增材制造的优化构型相比机加构型实现减重40.22%,其材料利用率为90%以上,远远高于机加构型的3.14%。
