BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性DCM-ONOO是⼀种近红外双光⼦荧光探针，专为实时监测癫痫模型中过氧亚硝酸盐(ONOO)的动态波动⽽

设计。DCM-ONOO表现出优异的光学性能，单光⼦激发(Ex)为520nm；单光⼦发射(Em)为685nm；双光

⼦激发为820nm；斯托克斯位移为165nm。DCM-ONOO加⼊ONOO从460nm红移⾄512nm，且仅对

ONOO产⽣显著荧光响应。DCM-ONOO成功应⽤于⼤⿏癫痫模型。
