2020—2023年苏州市严重创伤患者流行病学特征及救治现状分析

摘要目的：探究2020—2023年苏州市严重创伤患者流行病学特征及救治情况，为提升创伤防控与救治能力提供依

据。方法：收集2020—2023年苏州市急救中心收治的2520例严重创伤患者的临床资料，包括一般资料(性别、年龄、

职业)、创伤发生时间、创伤发生原因、发生部位、伤势及救治情况。分析苏州市严重创伤患者流行病学特征及救治现

状。结果：2520例创伤患者重伤1899例，严重伤621例，主要为青年组(18～44岁)男性，职业多为工人、农民、司

机，创伤发生月份集中在6—8月，发生时间段主要在12：01—18：00，创伤发生原因主要为交通事故、高处坠落、挤

压伤，发生部位以头部、下肢、颈部常见，救治现场心肺复苏实施155次(6.15%)，颈椎固定术实施148次(5.86%)，包

扎止血处理306次(12.13%)，气管插管实施97次(3.82%)。结论：2020—2023年苏州市严重创伤患者在年龄、性别、职

业、创伤发生时间及原因、部位、伤势等方面存在差异。相关部门应根据严重创伤发生的具体特征，做好预防和救治

措施，以降低创伤发生率和死亡率。
