基于火灾场景的古城镇消防供水安全度评估研究

摘要：针对古城镇火灾频发现状，评估古城镇消防安全对保护人民生命财产和文化遗产具有重要意义。本文

基于火灾场景的古城镇重要建筑消防需水量和供水能力评估方法，构建古城镇消防供水安全度评估方法，并将

所构建方法应用于云南某古城镇消防管网安全度案例研究。结果表明：评估单火灾场景下消防供水安全度时，

有2个重要建筑安全度为负值，附近消火栓数量、消火栓布置位置会极大影响建筑消防供水安全度；评估多火灾

场景下消防供水安全度时，安全度为负的比例高达68%；此外，消防管网供水流量不仅与同时发生火灾的起数

有关，还与管网拓扑结构、发生火灾的空间分布有关。其中发生火灾空间分布越集中，消防供水流量下降越明

显，最大可达41.3%。
