鉴于甲乙双方就______（以下简称“合作事项”）开展合作，甲方可能向乙方披露其未公开的保密信息，为保护双方合法权益，明确双方权利义务，根据《中华人民共和国民法典》等相关法律法规，甲乙双方本着平等自愿、诚实信用的原则，达成如下协议，以资共同遵守。

第一条保密信息的定义与范围

Article1DefinitionandScopeofConfidentialInformation

1.1本协议所称“保密信息”，指甲方在合作事项过程中，以口头、书面、电子文档、实物等任何形式向乙方披露的，明确标注为“保密”或可合理推断为具有保密性的全部信息及资料，包括但不限于：
