摘要针对现企业的现状袁结合精益生产实施要求袁采用价值流分析方法袁对企业现生产流程中计划的制定和响应

的缺陷进行了分析袁针对这方面进行精益改善评估和可行性分析遥首先袁利用价值流分析了钻机目前的生产模式袁找到了

浪费点曰然后袁对钻机生产流程的改善点进行了评价曰最后袁提出了对现生产工艺和流程的改善方法袁并对改善前后各

个阶段所需的时间进行了对比袁结果表明袁改善后生产效率了很大的提升袁为钻机生产管理的优化提供了一定的借鉴遥

Abstract院Accordingtothecurrentsituationofexistingenterprisescombinedwiththeimplementationofleanproduc

tionthedefectsofplanassignmentandresponseintheexistingproductionprocessareanalyzedbyusingvalue

streamanalysismethodandleanimprovementassessmentandfeasibilityanalysisinthisrespectarecarriedout.

Firstlythevaluestreamisusedtoanalyzethecurrentproductionmodeofthedrillingrigandthewastepointsare

foundout.Secondlytheimprovementpointsoftheproductionprocessofdrillingrigareevaluated.Finallytheim

provementmethodoftheexistingproductionprocessandtechnologyisputforwardandthetimerequiredforeach

stagebeforeandaftertheimprovementiscompared.Theresultsshowthattheproductionefficiencyhasbeengreatly

improvedaftertheimprovementwhichprovidesacertainreferencefortheoptimizationoftheproductionmanagement

ofdrillingrig.
