摘要本文系统研究了智能化技术在建筑工程管理中的应用现状与发展趋势。随着信息技术的飞速发展，建筑行业正经历着深

刻的数字化转型。本研究通过文献分析、案例研究和实地调研等方法，探讨了BIM技术、物联网、大数据分析、人工智能等智能化技术

在建筑工程各阶段管理中的应用价值。研究结果表明，智能化技术的应用可显著提高工程质量、优化施工进度、降低工程成本，并有效

提升安全管理水平。文章还分析了当前智能化技术应用面临的挑战，并提出了相应的对策建议。最后，对建筑工程管理智能化发展的

未方向进行了展望，为行业实践提供理论参考。

Abstract:Thisarticlesystematicallystudiestheapplicationstatusanddevelopmenttrendofintelligenttechnologyinconstruction

projectmanagement.Withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,theconstructionindustryisundergoingaprofounddigital

transformation.ThisstudyexplorestheapplicationvalueofintelligenttechnologiessuchasBIMtechnology,InternetofThings,bigdata

analysis,andartificialintelligenceinthemanagementofvariousstagesofconstructionprojectsthroughliteratureanalysis,casestudies,and

fieldresearch.Theresearchresultsindicatethattheapplicationofintelligenttechnologycansignificantlyimproveengineeringquality,

optimizeconstructionprogress,reduceengineeringcosts,andeffectivelyenhancesafetymanagementlevel.Thearticlealsoanalyzedthe

challengesfacedbythecurrentapplicationofintelligenttechnologyandproposedcorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestions.Finally,

thefuturedirectionofintelligentdevelopmentinconstructionprojectmanagementwasdiscussed,providingtheoreticalreferenceforindustry

practice.
