摘要：随着科技的快速发展，智能化技术已成为各行各业转型升级的重要驱动力。深入探讨了智能化技术在建设

工程管理中的应用前景。首先，概述了智能化技术的理论基础及其核心组成，包括人工智能、大数据、物联网等先

进技术，并简要分析了其在其他行业的应用情况。接着，对建设工程管理的现状进行了剖析，指出了当前面临的挑
