创建资产主记录

目的

根据我们的需求，“租赁资产的取得”被视为在FI‑AA系统中录入租赁资产。这并不一定

意味着租赁资产必须资本化。您可以仅为了管理纯统计数据而录入租赁资产。您将资产

作为主记录处理，不填写账面或税务折旧区域的任何数值。

录入租赁资产的取得可能是出于以下之一：

您已收到新的租赁资产（收货）。

由于租赁条件的变化，您需要改变租赁资产的账务处理方式。

由于转让，您需要将租赁资产过账到新的资产主记录。

1.根据需要更新以下必填、选填和条件字段：

类似资产的数量O您希望系统创建的类似资产数量

在保存资产主记录时创建。

输入类似资产的可用数量。

参考资产O在通过现有资产来创建租赁资产时使用。

Purpose

Theacquisitionofaleasedassetisconsideredforourpurposestobetheentryofthe

leasedassetintheFI-AASystem.Thisdoesnotnecessarilymeanthattheleasedasset

mustbecapitalized.Youcanenteraleasedassetsimplyinordertomanagepurely

statisticaldata.Youhandletheassetasamasterrecord,withnovaluesinthebookor

taxdepreciationareas.

Postingtheacquisitionofaleasedassetmaybenecessaryforoneofthefollowing

reasons:

Youhavereceivedanewleasedasset(goodsreceipt).

Youneedtochangethewaybookkeepingishandledforaleasedassetduetoachange

intheconditionsofthelease.

Youneedtopostaleasedassettoanewassetmasterrecordduetoatransfer.
