摘要：文章针对某市石化质量升级项目的1.6Mt/a蜡油加氢裂化装置首次开工流程及过程中遇到的问题进行分析。该

装置通过高压加氢处理技术，将重质蜡油转化为高附加值的轻质油品。详细介绍了首次开工流程中的烘炉、热态考核、

催化剂装填、预硫化处理、原料切换及产品调试等步骤。首次开工过程中，重点分析了高压泵抽空、水击现象、流量波动、

仪表失灵及产品初馏点控制不稳定等问题，并提出了有效的解决方案，包括设备改造、工艺优化及控制系统调整。研究

结果显示，通过对各环节的精准调整和优化，成功保障了装置的安全稳定运行，同时提升了产品质量，重石脑油、轻石脑

油、航煤及柴油等主要产品均达到了国家VI号及3#喷气燃料标准的要求。

Abstract:Thispaperanalyzestheinitialstartupprocessandproblemsencounteredduringthe1.6Mt/awaxoilhydrocrackingunit

ofthepetrochemicalqualityupgradeprojectinacity.Thisunitconvertsheavywaxoilintohigh-value-addedlightoilproducts

throughhigh-pressurehydrogenationprocessingtechnology.Itprovidesadetailedintroductiontothestepsintheinitialstartup

process,includingfurnacedrying,hotstateexamination,catalystloading,presulfurizationtreatment,rawmaterialswitching,and

productdebugging.Duringtheinitialstartup,keyissuessuchashigh-pressurepumpsuctionfailure,waterhammerphenomena,flow

fluctuations,instrumentmalfunction,andunstablecontrolofproductinitialboilingpointwereanalyzed,andeffectivesolutionswere

proposed,includingequipmentmodification,processoptimization,andcontrolsystemadjustment.Theresearchresultsshowthat
