单纯疱疹的反射式共聚焦显微镜特征分析

[摘要]目的：探讨单纯疱疹的反射式共聚焦显微镜特征。方法：对39例经聚合酶链反应确诊的单

纯疱疹患者进行反射式共聚焦显微镜检测，分析单纯疱疹的反射式共聚焦显微镜图像特征。结果：有37

例患者能发现表皮内水疱，32例水疱内能发现棘层松解细胞和多核表皮巨细胞，另外5例水疱病人仅见

水疱内炎细胞。结论：水疱内棘层松解细胞或多核表皮巨细胞可以作为单纯疱疹反射式共聚焦显微镜检查

的重要诊断依据。
