摘要机电工程在现代建筑和基础设施建设中占据着重要地位，信息技术的引入则为施工管理带来了变革。通过数

字化设计、项目管理信息系统、物联网技术、人工智能与大数据分析等技术，机电工程施工管理的效率和精度得到了提

升。信息技术不仅优化了施工流程、提高了资源配置的智能化程度，还促进了项目进度与质量控制的精准化。随着施工

自动化、虚拟现实、增强现实技术等创新工具的不断发展，机电工程管理将在智能化、数据化方向上持续推进，助力工程

项目的高效与可持续发展。

AbstractMechanicalandelectricalengineeringplaysanimportantroleinmodernarchitectureandinfrastructureconstruction,and

theintroductionofinformationtechnologyhasbroughtaboutchangesinconstructionmanagement.Throughthedigitaldesign,project

managementinformationsystems,InternetofThingstechnology,artificialintelligence,andbigdataanalysis,theefficiencyand

accuracyofmechanicalandelectricalengineeringconstructionmanagementhavebeenimproved.Informationtechnologynotonly

optimizesconstructionprocessesandimprovestheintelligenceofresourceallocation,butalsopromotestheprecisionofproject

progressandqualitycontrol.Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofinnovativetoolssuchasconstructionautomation,virtualreality,and

augmentedrealitytechnology,mechanicalandelectricalengineeringmanagementwillcontinuetoadvanceinthedirectionof

intelligenceanddataization,helpingtopromoteefficientandsustainabledevelopmentofengineeringprojects.
