1.0范围

装饰和防水施工及质量控制程序主要定义了门窗安装、装饰和抹灰、涂漆、瓷砖固定、

吊顶和防水活动的质量控制要求。程序要求主要涉及采购成品材料质量和施工材料的质量。

“质量控制”包括检查和纠正、抽样测试等措施，以满足项目施工质量要求。

本程序应与批准的文件和附录A和B中列出的相关设计图纸、和规范共同解释。本

程序仅适用于中亚管道压缩站项目。

1.0Scope

Decorationandwaterproofconstructionandqualitycontrolproceduresmainlydefines

thequalitycontrolrequirementsofwindowsanddoorsinstallation,decorationandstering,

painting,tilefixing,ceilingandwaterproofactivities.Theprocedurerequirementsmainly

refertothequalityofpurchasedfinishedgoodsmaterialsqualityandconstructionmaterials.

QualityControlincludesinspectionandcorrection,samplingtestsandothermeasuresto

meettheprojectconstructionqualityrequirements.

Thisprocedureshallbeundercommoninterpretationtogetherwithnewestapproved

documentsandrelevantdesigndrawings,standards,normslistedinattachmentAandB.

ThisprocedureonlyappliestocompressorstationprojectsofCentralAsiaPipeline.

2.0Standardsanddescription

Thefollowingstandards,specificationsandregulationsarethedefinitionorreference

ofthisdescription.

用GOST或ISO及其他批准的。

3.0材料控制

所有材料在进场前应通过品种、规格、外观和尺寸验收。包装应完好，并应有产品合格

证、说明书及相关性能的检验报告，质量应符合斯坦准的规定。

4.0门窗安装

4.1工序：

放线→防水安装→防腐操作→门窗安装→固定→框与墙体间缝隙处理→扇及玻璃安装

4.2在安装门窗前应进行放线，确保门窗标高、垂直度、局部
