Furthermore,excessivescreentimecanhavenegativeeffectsoneyesight.Staringatscreensforlongperiodswithoutbreakscancausedigitaleyestrain,leadingtosymptomslikedryeyes,blurredvision,andheadaches.Prolongedexposuremayalsocontributetomyopia,especiallyinchildrenandteenagerswhoseeyesarestilldeveloping.
