耳穴贴压联合艾灸预防胃癌患者癌因性疲乏的临床分析

【摘要】目的 探析耳穴贴压联合艾灸在胃癌患者中的应用效果与价值。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年1月福建医科大学肿

瘤临床医学院收治的88例胃癌患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各44例，分别予以常规干预、联合耳穴贴压+

艾灸，比较两组疼痛程度（VAS评分）、癌因性疲乏程度[Piper疲乏调查量表（PFS）]、生活质量[癌症患者生命质量测定量表

（FACT-G）]。结果 干预后，观察组VAS评分更低（＜0.05）。干预后，观察组行为、情感、感知、认知4项评分均更低（＜0.05）。
