BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性NeuropeptideAF1是⼀种FMRFamide样神经肽。NeuropeptideAF1可从线⾍Ascarissuum的头部提取物中

分离得到。NeuropeptideAF1能够快速且可逆地消除特定腹侧和背侧抑制性运动神经元的缓慢膜电位振荡

，并选择性地降低它们的输⼊电阻。NeuropeptideAF1还能在Ascaris中抑制运动[1]。
