BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性NBzF-BG是⼀种新型的H2O2特异性荧光探针。NBzF-BG在505nm处有可见光吸收，并在525nm处有弱荧

光发射峰。NBzF-BG与SNAP标签蛋⽩共价选择性地偶联，形成荧光团-蛋⽩偶联物(SNAP-NBzF)。SNAP-

NBzF与H2O2快速反应，从⽽增强荧光强度。
