58例氟比洛芬不良反应文献分析

摘要：目的分析氟比洛芬不良反应发生特点，为临床安全用药提供参考。方法以“氟比洛芬”“不良反应”“病例”为检

索词，检索中国知网、万方数据、维普网；以“flurbiprofen”“adversereaction”“casereports”为检索词检索PubMed，检

索时间从建库至2019年12月31日。纳入有效文献45篇，提取病例58例，并进行统计分析。结果不良反应累及系统-

器官以皮肤及其附件损害、中枢神经系统损害为主；不良反应多发生在用药1h内；静脉推注不良反应发生率最高。

结论临床应高度重视氟比洛芬不良反应的发生，加强用药监护和防范。

WanfangDatabase,VIPandPubmedfromestablishedtoDecember31,2019weresearchedforandretrieved.Results

Theadversereactionsweremostlyskinandaccessorydamage,anddamagetothecentralnervoussystem,whichoccurred

withinonehourofmedication.Thehighestincidenceofadversereactionswasduetointravenousinjection.Conclusion

Itisimportantforclinicianstobealerttotheadversereactionsofflurbiprofen,enhancethemonitoringandguidanceof

druguse,andensurethesafetyofmedication.
