老年髋部骨折内固定术后废用性骨质疏松症发生现状

及危险因素分析

[摘要]目的探讨老年髋部骨折内固定术后废用性骨质疏松症（DOP）的发生现状和危险因素，为临床预防

和治疗提供依据。方法将2022年1月至2023年10月延安大学附属医院收治的175例老年髋部骨折内固定术后患

者纳入研究，根据术后随访6个月DOP发生情况分为DOP组与非DOP组，进行DOP发生现状和危险因素分析。结

果175例患者中，内固定术后6个月DOP发生患者为54例，占30.9%。结果显示，年龄（=1.745，0.001）、性别

（=2.649，0.016）、术后并发症（=2.724，0.001）是老年髋部骨折内固定术患者术后发生DOP的独立因素，而

术后早期抗阻力训练为保护因子（=0.416，0.019）。结论年龄大、女性、合并术后并发症是内固定术后DOP发

生的危险因素，而术后进行早期抗阻力训练是其保护因素。
