东北农村的节能住宅设计

摘要

随着全球能源问题的日益严重，建筑节能技术和可持续能源的利用已经成为全世界各个国家住宅发展的趋势。在我国东北地区农村住宅中，普遍存在着维护结构保温性能差、能耗大、室内热舒适差等问题，给农民生活质量的提高和生活环境的改善都草成很大的影响。为了改变这一现状，本文在总结吸取以往研究成果的基础上，根据地区的实际情况，从维护结构保温技术、太阳能利用两个方面对住宅进行总体性和系统性的优化。

本文对我国东北地区农村住宅进行了调查，首先介绍了东北地区农村住宅的能耗现状，并对其进行了分析。然后从采用新型墙体材料、采用保温技术、提高哦啊窗户的热工性能、加强窗户夜间保温和屋面保温方面进行研究，期望能够使围护结构达到理想的保温效果。本文还讨论了太阳能技术在东北地区农村住宅中的应用。

通过调查研究，发现如果寒冷地区农村住宅运用适宜节能措施、并充分利用太阳能资源，可以使寒冷地区农村住宅成为低能耗、高舒适的住宅，并期望论文对寒冷地区新农村住宅建设提供一定的借鉴意义。
