摘要：景德镇陶瓷产业是我国重要的文化产业，中小陶瓷企业是其中的重要组成部分。然而，这些企业在财务管理方面普

遍存在诸多痛点，制约了其健康发展。本文基于供应链金融视角，通过问卷调查和访谈等方式，深入分析了景德镇中小陶瓷企

业在资金筹措、现金流管理、财务风险控制等方面存在的主要问题，并提出了相应的优化对策，以期为促进景德镇陶瓷产业高

质量发展提供有益参考。
