31例三阴性乳腺癌的临床病理特征分析

摘要：目的探讨玉林地区三阴性乳腺癌的临床病理特征，旨在为临床诊疗、预后判断提供理论依据。方法搜集

2018年1月1日至2022年12月31日期间在玉林市第一人民医院行浸润性乳腺癌根治术的31例TNBC患者临床

病理资料作为实验组，随机选取同期31例浸润性非三阴性乳腺癌（NTNBC）作为对照组，比较两组的临床病理特

征。结果实验组与对照组在年龄、病理类型、淋巴结转移、脉管或神经侵犯等数据相比较均无统计学意义；组

织学分级、P53突变、AR表达，Ki-67增殖指数等数据相比较，其P值均＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论TNBC

在组织学分级、P53、AR、Ki-67等指标方面具有自身的特点，有望为临床选择个体化治疗方案及判断预后提供理

论依据。

of31patientswithTNBCwhounderwentradicalsurgeryforinvasivebreastcancerintheFirstPeoplesHospitalofYulin

CityfromJanuary1,2018toDecember31,2022werecollectedastheexperimentalgroup,and31patientswithinvasive

non-triplenegativebreastcancer(NTNBC)wererandomlyselectedasthecontrolgroup,andtheclinicopathological

characteristicsofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results:Therewasnosignificantdifferenceinage,pathologicaltype,

lymphnodemetastasis,vascularornerveinvasionbetweentheexperimentalgroupandthecontrolgroup.Compared

withhistologicalgrading,P53mutation,ARexpressionandKi-67proliferationindex,theirPvalueswerealllessthan
