基于刚柔耦合与联合仿真的
动车组刮雨器动力学研究

摘要:
结合多柔体动力学理论和ADAMS、ANSYS软件,建立动车组刮雨器关键部件柔性体的刚柔耦合运动学、动力学数
学模型,基于虚拟样机仿真的力学参数导入动力学模型,形成了刚柔耦合仿真模型。分析了四连杆急性回转特性在1个周期
内角速度方向改变2次所产生的瞬间冲击力对整体系统的影响,结果表明,当转动板连杆重合和共线状态时,角速度及角加
速度变化特性和关键部件强度均满足设计要求,同时刚柔耦合联合仿真的方法为后续产品设计和优化提供了理论依据。
