门式起重机安装时的结构加强研究

在提升塔架安装600t×150m门式起重机时，提升重量非常大，提升吊点位置过于集中，提升过程中又滑移提升

摘要：

了支腿结构，在起重机的各个提升吊点处形成较大的应力。文中对该起重机的主梁提升点、刚性腿提升铰点的加强提出了

方案，并设计刚性腿的滑移小车架。这些加强措施满足起重机的提升安装需求，保障了安装门式起重机时的安全性及起重

机良好的使用状态。

eachliftingpointofthecrane.Thepaperproposesaschemetostrengthenthemainbeamliftingpointandtherigidleg

liftinghingepointofthecrane,andthesmallslidingframeoftherigidlegisdesigned.Thesereinforcementmeasuresmeet

thecranesliftinginstallationrequirements,ensuringthesafetyofthegantrycraneandthegooduseofthecrane.
