基于机器学习的大学生学习行为分析研究

摘 要：在高等教育中，分析大学生的学习行为对提高教学质量和学习效率具有重要意义。文章探讨了机器学习在

大学生学习行为分析中的应用，通过收集和预处理学习行为数据，构建了多种机器学习模型，分析了学生的学习习惯、

风格与成绩的关系，并预测了学习表现。实验表明，模型能有效识别关键学习因素，且预测成绩与实际成绩高度相关。

机器学习为教育者提供了数据驱动的决策支持，优化了教学方法，提升了教学质量和学生学习成效，为高等教育发展提

供了新视角和工具。

Abstract:Inhighereducation,theanalysisofcollegestudents’learningbehaviorisofgreatsignificancetoimprove

teachingqualityandlearningefficiency.Thepaperdiscussestheapplicationofmachinelearningincollegestudents’

learningbehavioranalysis.Bycollectingandpreprocessingthelearningbehaviordata,thepaperconstructsavarietyof

machinelearningmodels,analyzestherelationshipbetweenstudents’learninghabits,stylesandgrades,andpredictslearning

performance.Experimentsshowthatthemodelcaneffectivelyidentifythekeylearningfactors,andthepredictedscoresare

highlycorrelatedwiththeactual.Machinelearningprovideseducatorswithdata-drivendecisionsupport,optimizesteaching

methods,improvesteachingqualityandstudentlearningeffectiveness,andprovidesanewperspectiveandtoolforthe

developmentofhighereducation.
