苏家屯区水土保持规划总体布局及效益分析

摘要：为防治水土流失、保护土地资源，苏家屯区人民政府组织相关单位人员编制了《苏家屯区水土保持规划（2023—2030年）》，

确定了苏家屯区水土保持规划近期目标、远期目标以及规划布局，在规划布局的基础上开展了东部低山丘陵区水土保持治理工程、小

流域综合治理工程以及生态清洁小流域建设工程，工程的实施有利于提升苏家屯区生态效益、经济效益和社会效益，实现地区高质量

发展。

Abstract:Inordertopreventsoilerosionandprotectlandresources,thePeoplesGovernmentofSujiatun

DistricthasorganizedrelevantpersonneltoformulateSujiatunDistrictSoilandWaterConservationPlan(2023-

2030),whichhasdeterminedtheshort-termandlong-termgoalsaswellastheplanninglayoutofSujiatun

DistrictSoilandWaterConservationPlan.Thesoilandwaterconservationmanagementproject,smallwatershed

comprehensivemanagementproject,andecologicalcleansmallwatershedconstructionprojectintheeasternlow

mountainandhillyareahavebeencarriedoutonthebasisofplanningandlayout.Theimplementationofthe

projectisconducivetoimprovingtheecological,economic,andsocialbenefitsofSujiatunDistrict,andachieving

high-qualityregionaldevelopment.
